Over the years,  I have slowly, but faithfully collected Michele Walter’s paintings. Some paintings were purchased on the spot, and some were commissioned. I am now the proud owner of 6 of her masterpieces, and hope to add to my collection soon. I have her artwork in all the most often occupied rooms in my house, and it brings so much joy and happiness and color to everyone who sees it. Thank you, Michele, for helping make my house a home!

I am now the proud owner of not one, but two paintings by Michele Walter!  The picture (posted) doesn’t do it justice as the brush strokes, color, and texture are amazing!

   I asked my cousin, Michele,  to paint a huge painting for my new home near Hilton Head S.C.   I live on an island called Callawassie with lots of wildlife and I wanted her to paint a picture with birds in it.  We talked, shared photos of what I wanted, took measurements of the space I wanted which was 35" x 48".    We talked about the colors in my pillows, walls, etc to make sure the background went with my home.  I gave her free license to do what she thought I wanted and boy did she NAIL it!    She even drove 6-7 hours to deliver it to me!!!!

I love the painting and so do all my friends and neighbors.  It really caught the island environment with marsh grasses and the colors look amazing.  I love seeing it every single day as it faces the marsh and brings me great joy.  It is the first time I have ever commissioned an artist.  How wonderful for me....so I asked to draw another painting over my fireplace.  This time it will be the sky and colors that entails plus whatever she would like to add.  I trust her instincts and she knows me pretty well.   I would recommend her to anyone as she is easy to work with, very talented and captures what you want her to in your special painting.  You will never regret hiring an artist as they are GOD's angels showing the beauty of everyday objects and the beautiful earth in their brush strokes!!!!!
